Adaptions to your home

Your OT (Occupational Therapist) will make an assessment of you, your child, your whole family, and what adaptations are required to enable your child to remain safe and to help you to carry out their care without any further complications. They can assess for ramps, hoists, beds, highchairs, lifts, stair lifts, bathing, dressing, etc. See the list of equipment available in the appropriate sections of this book.

What Will Be Assessed?
