There are also dental finger shields that you can buy that you can use to help keep your child’s mouth open wide enough in order to get their teeth cleaned whilst keeping your finger safe. These are useful for children who bite down on their toothbrush. These are available to buy from eBay, and you may also be able to get one from your dentist.
